My old Friend Micheal succesfully married Louise on Saturday. Congratulations to them and thanks to all that contributed to a fantastic wedding, and many thanks to the cooked breakfasts at the hotels which kept me going!

Who, What & Why?

This blog records my progress in losing weight. In August 2005, I hit a high of 16 1/2 stone. I then decided it was time to lose the fat and get fit. I found a 12 week program of sensible eating and weight lifting and decided to try it. The 1st 12 weeks saw 2 stone go, and I am continuing until I get a six pack!
