Smoothwall
Just started using smoothwall as a firewall / router in new place. "mb leased line and a PII 233 box is quite happy to provide firewall, routing, loging, and intrusion detection. Easy to install, polished management interface and its free.
Supports all kinds of stuff including internet connections via most ASDL modems (including USB), ISDN or NICs.
