Wedding Photos

The photos that I took at Michael and Louise Curries wedding are now up. Hopefully there will be some more soon, as the rest of the digital camera weidling relatives get in touch :-).
There may be a DVD soon as well.

Who, What & Why?

This blog records my progress in losing weight. In August 2005, I hit a high of 16 1/2 stone. I then decided it was time to lose the fat and get fit. I found a 12 week program of sensible eating and weight lifting and decided to try it. The 1st 12 weeks saw 2 stone go, and I am continuing until I get a six pack!
