The Diet Weigh in 2

A good week :-)

Week 0 - 167 lb
Week 1 - 167 lb (-0 lb)
Week 1 - 163 lb (-4 lb)

As predicted, last weeks lack of a loss translated into a good loss this week. I will continue with my program as is and hope for a 2lb loss in the coming week.

163lb is the correct weight for a girl.
I think my nut sack must weigh about that much.
