Weigh in 1 - The Diet

Finally remembered to weigh in - and I have not lost anything. D'oh!

Week 0 - 167 lb
Week 1 - 167 lb (-0 lb)

I will continue on the same plan as before - previous experience suggests that next week is likely to be a good loss. The next weigh in will be Tuesday to bring me into line with every one else.

I have just arrived at work after riding in again, and I am feeling good. 16.5 miles in 1 hour 18 mins.

Don't feel bad. I stuck to plan all except ONE day and gained THREE pounds!

Double checked today and I am down 1 1/2 lbs so thats more like it.

Bet the 3 lbs are just water - drink lots of it :-). I get through over a gallon a day most of the time.
