Mark's got too fat blog

This blog records my progress in losing weight. In August 2005, I hit a high of 16 1/2 stone. I then decided it was time to lose the fat and get fit. I found a 12 week program of sensible eating and weight lifting and decided to try it. The 1st 12 weeks saw 2 stone go, and I am continuing until I get a six pack! I am 25, live in North West England and I work in IT.
