Aims
Some short term targets to help me out:
1) Get up between 7 and 7:30 - means 8 hours sleep and no snoozing
2) Wake up naturally - get a decent rhythm and again stop using alarms and snooze buttons
3) Get a better breakfast - I have had breakfast for the last 4 weeks - a record for me. Now I want to up the size of breakfast to about 300 cals, so cereal and skimmed milk along with some fruit etc... This should set me up for the day better.
4) Log calories better - got to be a little lax in calorie counting, and seem to be under-eating if anything. This week its 1700 a day, and I want to be +/- 100 on that mark. All planned, just means writing it all down to make sure I keep to it!
Otherwise things are going well. Need to do progress photos again tonight to keep the records going. Added a EZ-Curl bicep bar to my home gym, allowing me to leave things setup and not costing time messing about with plates etc.

Goal 1 - 1 stone lost
Weighed in at 15st 7 3/4 lb (217.75lb) this morning. That's 3/4 lb over my first goal - to lose a stone. Hopefully I might just get that tomorrow.
Workout day today, had to drop calf raises from my routine as my left ankle hurts today. Should recover soon and it wont stop me from doing the rest of my routine.
