Week 11
Nearly to the end of my first challenge. Currently around 14 st 10 lb, and back on 3 workouts a week. Things are going well - off work this week and relaxing. Added a tricep exercise to my workout this week as well. Still not doing calf raises as last time I did them I injured my ankle. Intend to do some next week, but bodyweight only and not to failure. Current program looks like this:
Leg Extension
Leg Curl
Dumbell Squat
Calf Raise (skipping due to injury)
Bent Over Row
Dumbbell Bench Press
Dumbbell Shoulder Press
Bicep Curl
Skull Crushers (Triceps)
Ab Crunch on floor
One set of each, aiming for 8-12 reps before failure.
Looks like I will lose slightly over 2 stone in the 12 weeks, not as much as I hoped for, but you cant help being ill! I will continue the same program for an extra 3 weeks to see what happens, and then I will have to decide what to do next. I feel like getting the bike out and doing some cardio, while continuing the weight training - but possibly dropping back to 2 sessions a week and changing some of the exercises.

Week 10
After 3 weeks of not working out after I got ill, its time to get back on the wagon. I really should have started back sooner, but no more excuses. I know its knocked my weight loss off schedule, so intend to stay on this plan for a total of 16 weeks, not the original 12. I will still post week 12 results, after all that's what the challenge was.
Over the last 3 weeks I have still lost weight anyway, but not at the same rat as the first month (a stone). Still, I am now 14st 12lb, and just about to be officially overweight and not obese. The diets second nature to me now, and I want to be in the low 13 stone bracket before Xmas. Plenty of work left to do!
The other challengers have finished - only 2 out of 4 made it to the final weigh in, but they did very well. Heres the results....

Goal 2 - 14 stone
Had a bad couple of weeks - had flu and couldnt workout which doesnt help.
Kept to my diet and yesterday weighed in at 14st 13lb - the first time I have seen 14st in a long time.
I'm better now anyway, so I can workout again and I still have 4 weeks to go to make a dent in getting to 13st.
