I'm very happy with the change as you might imagine.

I would also like to thank twicetheman for his kind words and the feature on me in his blog. Its great to have other people encouraging you, both here and away from the computer. Caught up with one of my friends who's not seen me for over a month due to exam commitments - he saw the difference straight away.

I like the photo where you look bigger, I like volumptous, gluttony... but all I hear is fat=bad
sexy=thin... forget it, it's just an opinion, like mine is too.

Who, What & Why?

This blog records my progress in losing weight. In August 2005, I hit a high of 16 1/2 stone. I then decided it was time to lose the fat and get fit. I found a 12 week program of sensible eating and weight lifting and decided to try it. The 1st 12 weeks saw 2 stone go, and I am continuing until I get a six pack!
